Adventure Overview
The Belize Zoo and Tropical Education Center, founded in 1983, is set on 29 acres. It is home to more than 150 animals of about 43 species, all native to Belize. It's a beautiful show of what our natural vegetation has to offer. The Zoo is followed by lunch & then off to the cave tubing entrance. The cave system is full of limestone & crystal formations where the Mayan people once worshipped.
