Safety is always our #1 priority. If the Belize Port Authority closes the reef or weather conditions make it unsafe or unpleasant to go out, we will happily reschedule your tour to another day of your vacation. If you cannot reschedule before leaving Belize, we will issue a 100% full refund immediately.

While our online payment system is being updated, you can reserve your boat, captain, and preferred date directly by messaging us on WhatsApp at +501 601-7811 or sending an inquiry through our contact form. Payment is collected at check-in at our Boca del Rio dock via Cash (USD or Belize Dollars at the official fixed 2:1 exchange rate).

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Our official policy:

• 30 Days or More Prior: 100% full refund of your payment.
• 29 to 10 Days Prior: 50% refund of your payment (or 100% credit applied to a rescheduled tour).
• 10 Days or Fewer Prior / No-Show: 100% non-refundable, as private boats, licensed captains, and guides cannot be rebooked on short notice.
• Weather & Safety Cancellations: 100% full refund or complimentary reschedule if sea or weather conditions are declared unsafe by local authorities or our captains.

Yes! We provide complimentary chilled drinking water and sodas on all half-day trips. Full-day charters, beach BBQ excursions, and select private boat trips also include fresh tropical fruit, snacks, rum punch, and local Belizean beers. Guests are also welcome to bring along any personal beverages, favorite snacks, or adult drinks of their choice.

The Belize Fisheries Department and National Protected Areas require entrance wristbands for marine reserves ($15 USD per person for Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Mexico Rocks). These statutory fees go directly toward reef conservation, ranger patrols, and protecting marine wildlife.

We maintain high-grade, sanitized gear at our shop:

• Snorkel Gear (mask, snorkel, fins): $10 USD
• Wetsuit: $10 USD
• BCD & Regulator setup: $20 USD
• Dive Light (night dives): $15 USD
• Fishing Charters: Rods, reels, tackle, and fresh bait are 100% included.

For tours on the Belize mainland departing from Ambergris Caye, transportation from San Pedro to Belize City is required. You can choose either a scenic 15-minute regional flight (via Tropic Air or Maya Island Air) or a comfortable 1.5-hour scheduled water taxi ferry. Our mainland vans and licensed guides meet you right at the terminal in Belize City.

Yes! Once you have reeled in your snapper, jacks, or barracuda, our captain will fillet and clean your catch. Beachfront restaurants right next to our dock will happily cook your fresh catch to perfection (blackened, grilled, or fried with coconut rice and beans) for lunch or dinner!

Yes! We offer complimentary boat dock pickup for most beachfront resorts in and around San Pedro town. For resorts far north or south of Ambergris Caye, let us know your hotel name when booking so we can coordinate boat pickup or a convenient meeting location.
